Spanning 6 months, Laura-Lee worked hard daily to help sell 5628 Estero Loop in Port Orange. During the entire time period, dealing in a challenging take no prisoners heavily buyer’s leaning market, she engineered whatever it would take to get the job done. She did 5 or 6 open houses, including a broker’s open. She always updated me timely, and she gave excellent thorough feedback, including a spot on advance heads-up that the ultimate buyer was highly interested in the property, with her showing on December 30th. It was then a 3 week scramble to close it out with the inspection that she attended and then up until closing the deal December 22nd. She had to even do further due diligence this past Monday and Tuesday, investing hours chasing down the somewhat petty Westport Reserve HOA fiefdom regarding a piquine sidewalk issue that sprung up the last minute.
